Why hire Xtreme as your Zeeland tile demo & flooring contractor?
Fleet of tile demo & prep equipment –
Xtreme can handle any size tile demo & flooring installation project. To elaborate, we’ve invested over a million dollars in specialized tile demo and concrete prep equipment for every day use by our crews. Of our specialized fleet of equipment, much of it is geared towards tile demo and flooring removal. For example, ride on tile scrapers are used to easily tear up tile without damaging the concrete. Similarly, smaller scrapers and chipping hammers are used for smaller hard to reach areas. After the tile is demoed, our heavy duty concrete grinding machines from Substrate Technology, Inc. are used to remove any remaining tile grout, and prep the concrete for coating after removal.
Removal & Coating Experience –
Our crews have removed millions of square feet of many types of flooring. Due to this, we’re able to foresee many issues, complete projects in a timely manner, and remove flooring with as little damage as possible to the concrete. After demo is complete, the floor coating process begins with our V-8 High Performance Floors products.
Quick & Efficient –
A few of the things that contribute to our speed & efficiency on our projects are: multiple crews, fleet of vehicles, specialized prep equipment, training, and a plan. As a result, jobs are completed start to finish quickly. Furthermore, we’re able to do so without sacrificing quality. In conclusion, while speed is an important aspect of hiring Xtreme as your Zeeland tile demo contractor, quality is what we strive for.
