BACKGROUND: This Holland yacht manufacturer operates in an older industrial building right on the water. They operate special lifts that utilize air to move the yachts that they are building around their facility. These special lifts require flat concrete to provide the proper amount of lift. With some damaged and un level areas in their plant, they needed help. They called in Xtreme Engineered Floor Systems to be their Holland Polished Concrete Contractors because of our years of polishing experience, heavy duty equipment, and arsenal of products and solutions. Xtreme has been providing the lakeshore with concrete solutions for many years.

APPLICATION: Xtreme Engineered Floor Systems mobilized our top concrete polishing crew out of our Hudsonville facility (about 20 minutes from Holland) for this project. This old industrial floor was in rough shape, so our crew needed to level the concrete before proceeding with the concrete polishing process. Our Prep/Master 3030 diamond grinders excel at flattening and smoothing concrete. Once the concrete floor was leveled with the diamond grinders, our crews utilized our High Impact Concrete Patching Kits that are specially formulated to match existing concrete for patching polished concrete floors. Once flattened and patched, Xtreme proceeded with our X-Shine Concrete Polishing System to leave this Holland yacht manufacturer with a shiny, but most importantly durable and flat polished concrete floor.
