Concrete Prep Equipment:
Xtreme’s fleet of equipment is capable of handling any size Holland floor coating prep project. Over a million dollars of specialized surface preparation equipment is used every day by our crews. Much of our specialized fleet of equipment is geared towards prepping concrete for coatings. Walk behind diamond grinders remove coatings, glue, and other contaminants like oil. Diamond grinders also help to flatten irregularities in the concrete. Our heavy-duty industrial vacuum systems are used in this process to ensure a dust-free experience. Shotblasters are utilized to aggressively prep the concrete depending on the final use and condition of the floor. Shotblasting can create a superior bond between the coating and garage floor.
Xtreme’s crews have successfully installed millions of square feet of floor coatings over the years. Therefore, our experience allows us to foresee many issues. Avoiding these issues ensures our long lasting flooring projects are completed in a timely manner. Our crews have the training and experience to meet your decorative or functional industrial floor installation demands. Xtreme’s crews regularly install epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurea, urethane, and polyurethane floor coatings.
