APPLICATION: This Holland garage floor was failing and flaking. This, and the old oil stained coating created an unappealing first impression for customers.
The floor needed a long-lasting and appealing finish to reflect the service and quality that this repair center offers its customers. To achieve this, a V-8 High Performance Floors’ Vinyl Chip System was installed. A decorative look is provided by these proven floor coating resins while offering long-term performance. The V-8 Hybrid XT topcoat offers UV stability, ensuring that the coating will not yellow with UV exposure over the years.
The old oil stained and failing floor was removed with Xtreme’s fleet of diamond grinders prior to installing the new high performance coating. After removal, the entire floor was prepped and V-8’s Oil Stop Primer was used on any oil saturated areas.
After prep, Xtreme’s experienced crews installed the seamless multiple coat V-8 Vinyl Chip System.
A quick return to service was needed since this is a busy area that costs a lot of money to be out of commission. This Holland garage floor was completed in under a weekend from start to finish.
