BACKGROUND: This commercial rental property hired Xtreme as the contractors for their Holland floor coating project to improve the usefulness and aesthetics of the space before the next tenant. The concrete floor was in poor condition and needed repair. The former occupant was a mechanic’s shop, so the concrete was oil saturated.

APPLICATION: After the short drive to Holland from the shop, our experienced crew started prepping for concrete repairs and floor coating. Due to the oil in the concrete, our V-8 Oil Stop Primer was applied. Oil can cause pre-mature coating failure, so once that was remedied, our 4 coat V-8 High Performance Floors Vinyl Chip System was applied. This Holland facility now has an easy to clean floor coating that will last.
