BACKGROUND: Carpet and VCT can look outdated, and can be expensive to maintain. With constant waxing, stain removal, vacuuming, and steam cleaning, the lifetime cost of carpet and VCT can be high. Bacteria, filth, and grime can live in the carpet, and seams in the VCT leading to smells and bacteria growth.

This school decided to lower their annual flooring maintenance costs by hiring Xtreme as their floor removal and floor coating contractor.

APPLICATION: Prior to installing a seamless V-8 Vinyl Chip Floor Coating, Xtreme removed the existing VCT and carpet in this school. We used our ride on flooring removal equipment to make quick work of removing the VCT and carpet in the hallways, classrooms, and cafeteria.
