There are some things to consider when choosing a polish:

Most of these decisions might depend on what kind of damage has been done by the previously hired team, but we are happy to go over all of your options.
Polishing your floors is time efficient. Once we polish your concrete floors they are permanent. This means you save a ton of money and time because there is no need to have them waxed regularly to maintain their shine. All you have to do to keep them clean is mop and sweep up on a regular basis. The fact that they stay shiny also means that there is no need for us to come in to redo anything, which is a time and money saver as well!
Fixing the Mistakes
Fast Patch Kit – There are a couple of products we use to repair floors. The first is our Fast Patch kit. This is a gray epoxy-based patch that we use to fill holes in concrete before coating it. It takes this about 20 minutes to cure before we grind the concrete to make it smooth before coating.
High Impact – The other product, High Impact, is for floors that have already been polished. It takes a little longer for it to cure (about an hour), but it looks similar tp concrete, we can mix different sands to try to match the existing concrete as closely as possible.
